This pre-built integration streams customer, order, and product events to your Klaviyo account in real time, powering transactional messages, automated flows, and advanced segmentation without custom development. Recommended setup is a single Klaviyo account and a single plugin instance covering all enabled markets.


Key benefits & how it works

After entering your Klaviyo API keys and configuring base settings, events flow automatically to Klaviyo where you build flows and campaigns triggered by events like Placed Order, Started Checkout, Shipping Update, Refunded Order, and more. Built-in language matching (by delivery country or site language) and customer-currency pricing on every event keep campaigns accurate across regions, while Klaviyo's segmentation engine lets you target audiences by behavior, purchase history, and profile data.

  • Historical data export — backfill order history from a chosen start date.

  • Product catalog sync — push your product catalog data to Klaviyo. Updates sync automatically.

  • Back-in-stock subscriptions — trigger variant- and country-level restock alerts when inventory is replenished.
