NN.07 drives triple‑year wholesale growth with Centra

NN.07 swapped manual PDF ordering for Centra’s B2B platform and unlocked three straight years of double-digit wholesale growth.

NN.07 is the epitome of a brand that's going from strength to strength. Founded by two friends in Copenhagen in 2007, NN.07 has evolved into a global success story—with remarkable DTC results, a growing retail footprint, and a breakout moment when its iconic Gael Jacket featured in The Bear, sparking a viral storm of demand.

From paper trails to progress: taking wholesale digital

NN.07 chose Centra as their commerce platform to bring their DTC and wholesale sales under one back-end. Switching to Centra Wholesale also meant the team could cut out the manual B2B that were consuming the wholesale team’s time.

Before Centra, wholesale was painfully manual. Our team was literally typing orders from PDFs into the ERP system. I walked into the office one morning and saw a mountain of paper stacked on a desk, waiting to be entered. It would take a full week just to process wholesale orders.

With Centra Wholesale, NN.07’s 1,000+ buyers across 40 markets can now self-serve—browsing the Centra Showroom, exploring digital lookbooks with shoppable hotpots, and placing orders directly. This shift allows NN.07’s wholesale team to redirect internal resources toward other key areas of the business.

Unified order management with Centra

While NN.07 maintains separate teams for its DTC digital flagship store and wholesale operations, having both teams using one platform has allowed the teams to support each other more effectively.

If we had two separate platforms, it would mean two separate interfaces to learn, as well as duplicated integrations, which would add to the IT complexity. When you log in you can see all orders for B2B and DTC in one pipeline. Internally, as far as training and onboarding goes, teams are able to help each other. That’s the biggest saving for us - Centra has made our internal resources more efficient.

A visual wholesale experience

Centra Showroom turns the seasonal lookbook into a revenue channel. Merchandisers can drag and drop media, make any image shoppable, link styles, and push updates without code. With large collections, including some styles available in up to 27 variants, products need to be presented in a way that isn’t cluttered or complex.

With Centra Showroom, products and variants can be merchandised in a way that feels intuitive, offering buyers an experience that feels just as curated and premium as stepping into a physical showroom.

So many B2B online fashion stores look the same.  With Centra, everything represents NN.07 from when you log in to when you place the order. Centra Showroom has made it possible for us to create a visual experience, which we couldn’t do before. Having the option to link products to lookbooks and images and merchandise the way we want is fantastic.

Closing the gap: wholesale + retail + DTC

Managing inventory across multiple sales channels is one of the biggest pain points for fashion brands. With Centra’s native distributed order management system optimized, NN.07 moved DTC, retail and wholesale closer together. Today, NN.07’s 11 concept stores across Denmark, Sweden, London and New York replenish their stock from Centra Showroom.

Our own stores are wholesale customers in Centra.

Using a standard wholesale buyer flow, NN.07 is able to streamline stock management, improve production volume forecasting, and ensure customers see accurate in-store stock availability when they are browsing online.

Centra’s integration with NN.07’s ERP system has also played a key role in unifying operations and improving efficiency.

As an API-first platform, Centra is modern and flexible, making it easy to integrate with our other IT systems. The connectivity features of Centra have been a major advantage for the company, simplifying our processes and ensuring smooth data flow. We love allocation rules, so if we have more warehouses in the future, we can easily set that up ourselves, which saves on development costs and time. Centra gives us possibilities that we wouldn’t normally have based on our ERP.

Sustained growth

NN.07 isn’t slowing down. With solid growth through every sales channel, the team is now focused on building for the future. NN.07 will switch on Centra’s native Madden Analytics plug-in to automate forecasting and reporting—proof that the stack can keep evolving without replatforming.

Without a great platform, we wouldn’t have been able to grow the company to where it is today. Centra has set us up for the future, and removed blockages from the past. The platform has allowed the business to fulfil its potential.
